Helen leads the highly regarded private client and family law team of Concordia Attorneys at Law. The team has extensive experience in assisting clients in the resolution of important legal problems in their personal lives, such as preparation of marital property contracts and disputes about the division of joint property and custody of children.


Our partner Helen Hääl represents clients in court proceedings and gives advice in the areas of family and succession law. She has been representing clients in some of the most high profile family law cases in Estonia both in court proceedings and confidential settlement negotiations. In the last years Helen has been also involved in several pro bono programs giving advice on family law. Helen joined Concordia Attorneys at Law in 2003. She graduated from the Institute of Law of the University of Tartu in 2001 and has been a member of the Estonian Bar Association since 2004. Helen is a member of the Estonian Reserve Officers Association and Estonian Defense League. In addition to Estonian, Helen also consults clients in English, Russian and Finnish.
