• Successfully assisted one of the largest global technology company specializing in office imaging equipment, production print solutions, document management systems and IT services in six consecutive mergers, the latest of which involved a printing solutions company formerly owned by IBM;
• Smoothly led the Italian subsidiary of the world largest medical device manufacturer through three consecutive mergers and post-merger integration of medical device companies;
• Helped the biggest Philippines banking group to obtain a payment institution license in Italy, reversing a prior Bank of Italy denial;
• Contributed to the growth of a start-up company active in the field of nanotechnology and stretchable electronics by assisting the founding partners in two subsequent rounds of financing;
