Constantinos D. Aristidou


Constantinos Aristidou is an expert in Real Estate transactions and leads the Real Estate Practice Group of Democritos Aristidou & Co Law Firm.


He represented so far more than 150 clients in a variety of sophisticated transactions totaling more than 210,000,000 Euro. He establishes exceptional working relationships with his clients and he acts as a valued counsel in every aspect of the clients’ real estate transactions. He offers the highest quality legal service in a timely and cost- effective manner.


Constantinos Aristidou was born in Limassol, Cyprus in 1974. He studied Law at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and he holds an LLM Degree in International Commercial Arbitration & Business Law. He also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Litigation by Central Law Training of London.


He is a Member of Cyprus Bar Association, 22


a Litigator of Association of Personal Injury Lawyers of UK No. 9336, a Member of College of Personal Injury Law of UK, a Member of London Court of International Arbitration Young International Arbitrators Group YIAG, a Member of International Bar Association, a Consultant of Legal Consultants and Disputes Resolution Center of Jordan, a Member of "THEMIS" a non-profitable company which organizes law seminars and other related events and a Member of Cyprus Arbitration & Mediation Centre (CAMC).


Constantinos Aristidou has a brief working experience with city law firms at London.


In order to serve his clients better, he stays abreast of the legal landscape by continuing education and attending seminars throughout the world. He is also a lecturer for trainee lawyers.


Constantinos Aristidou is fluent in Greek and English and has an elementary knowledge of French and Russian.
