Gaming ISOLAS has a dedicated team of professionals with broad and in-depth experience with transactions, regulation and legal issues facing e-gaming and


e-commerce businesses and their suppliers involved in gaming, gambling, betting, lotteries (both remote and land-based) and e-commerce business. The Gaming Team regularly assists companies in this sector, from start-ups and gaming license applications to large corporations, in commercial and corporate transactions. The Team has been heavily involved since the beginning of 2012 in two separate Gibraltar licence applications for well-known operators looking to establish a presence in Gibraltar. The team is also involved in a new B2B licensing project and soon to be engaged in advising operators looking to deal with virtual currencies and entering the social gaming segment. Peter is also heavily involved in the gaming sector and has also recently acted as external legal counsel to the business of one of very few e-money operators based in Gibraltar. He, along with Partner Steven Caetano has further acted in respect of private equity financing for the same client and remain very busy with emerging online busi- nesses.
