Anne Roucourt
She started off as a financial analyst at Investco NV and later on became legal counsel, investment manager and a member of investment committees within the Investco-group (KBC group). She has been director in several companies. She has been teaching financial policy and financial analysis at Brucemo for a number of years. She was a member of the Selection Committee of the Flemish Film Fund for 8 years.
Anne Roucourt, born in 1963, is specialized in corporate law and trade law, as well as in financial engineering techniques and corporate governance. She obtained a Master degree in law at the K.U. Leuven in 1985 and a Postgraduate Degree in Business economics at the K.U. Leuven in 1987.
In 2001 she started the legal consulting division of Baker Tilly Belgium and became legal partner in 2005. Anne Roucourt now heads the legal consulting team of Baker Tilly Belgium. Her team has assisted many Belgian as well as foreign companies to start-up and expand their businesses in Belgium and abroad. Because of the integrated knowledge of finance and law, she can provide to-the-point cost-efficient services, together with the Baker Tilly Belgium tax and accounting/audit specialists in a multi-disciplinary approach.
