EPOS AND e- commerce firm EVOPOS has released a wealth of features to its offering, including EVOPOS mobile. The mobile feature means bike shop
managers can look after their business while on the road. The system allows the manager to view sales, messages, appointments, tasks, contact information, jobs, prospects and stock items all on a smartphone or alternatively, on a tablet device. EVOPOS’ new version includes a number of other new features for the cycle trade too, not least a new link to the Madison EDI. With the utility, bike shops can key in a stock order just once on EVOPOS and upload it directly to Madison with the click of a mouse, saving time and reducing the need to enter an order twice. EVOPOS has also launched a new web
portal, devised as an accompaniment to the telephone and email support system. The
portal includes FAQs and the chance to ask the support team for help online. Other developments from the company include CRM – Customer Relationship Management – helping bike shops manage their interactions with customers and clients by building up a detailed history of any communications with the customer. Finally, the e-commerce aspect of
EVOPOS’ offering has been under development. A range of options are now available to dealers, from Free and Standard to Premium choices. An eBay module is now available to save time too. Retail packages start from £45 per
month, prices vary from store to store based on specific requirements. Contact EVOPOS for a quotation on 0845 6449424
