This is 12 year-old Phoenix Rist-Woolven who has been named Britain’s Ultimate Lego Star Wars fan, following a nationwide competition in children’s magazine Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Rist-Woolven fought off over 150 entries with his collection of Lego models, also wowing staff at the firm with his allegiance to the brand. Now of ‘semi professional’ Lego building status, Rist-Woolven was rewarded with the enviable opportunity to lay the last Lego brick at the new Star Wars Miniland Experience and meet the model makers behind the epic build. “We were overwhelmed by the amount of entries we received for this competition and some of the entrants’ collections and creations were just phenomenal,” said Justin Clasby, brand manager for Lego Star Wars UK. “It was extremely difficult to select a winner, but Phoenix clearly stood out as someone who lived and breathed the Lego Star Wars universe.”
