The two Swedish designers behind theAltewai Saome brand revealed theirAutumn/Winter 2012 line during Stockholm FashionWeek and selectedMinx nails to complete the chic collection.
The clothes were primarily different shades of grey with just a few red accent pieces so the designers were looking for something simple and clean but that had impact.
Frida Selkirk, head nail stylist for the show, opted for a metallic sheen of Silver Lightning to use on the 11 models.
“BecauseMinx is a solid nail fashion, no drying time was required and the application was fast and easy,” said Frida.

CocaCola nails it
Minx teamed up with Coca Cola during Autumn/Winter2012 fashion week in Stockholm.
All the Coca Cola waitresses at the FashionWeek wore the customMinx that had been applied by nail stylist Frida Selkirk, owner of the salon Nalgar på FRIDAS, and her fellow stylist Danielle Herberg.
“Coca Cola contacted me as they had heard of my work withMinx nails and asked if I could create custom Minx nail coatings for them with the Coca Cola logo,” said Frida.
She added: “Everyone was noticing the nails and commenting on them.Minx is such a great way to be fun and playful with fashion!”
