talking shop ON LOCATION KWAZULU-NATAL Agents impressed in… KwaZulu-Natal revealed itself in all its
glory for a group of seven agents visiting South Africa with tour operator Africa Collection. The group spent a week exploring the highlights of the province with time spent in The Drakensberg, the famous Battlefields, the Pongola region for horse-back safaris, at Amakhosi Private Game Reserve and in the Thanda Private Game Reserve. The trip ended in Durban at the exclusive Zimbali and Oyster Box hotels. Agents were impressed by how easy
it was to drive around, by how completely safe they felt, the Zulu culture and the fantastic hospitality they experienced.
Agent’s Insight ANDREW MEECH
Liphook Travel “I was amazed to see how much this region has to offer and hope to be able to sell it to our clients who are looking for the real South Africa experience.”
EDWARD WAITE-ROBERTS Chandelle Travel “This was most certainly the best fam trip I have ever been on. We saw and learnt a lot and now I really do look forward to working with Africa Collection in the future to arrange trips to Africa."
Turning turtle with Harlequin
Harlequin Hotels & Resorts teamed up with the St Vincent & the Grenadines Tourist Board to host a trip to the five-star Buccament Bay Resort in idyllic St Vincent. Those on the trip had earned their places through a bookings incentive run late last year and were given the chance to enjoy all the amenities of the resort, including the relaxing spa and a singing class led by West End musical stars!
From the moment the group stepped into Club Class on British Airways it was luxury all the way on this trip. The all-inclusive resort prides itself
on offering plenty of pampering while beyond the resort, the agents were able to experience the beauty of the islands by swimming with turtles in the Tobago Cays and sailing to stunning Palm Island.
Agent’s Insight JULIE TAYLOR
Travel Counsellor “Both Buccament Bay and St Vincent really
exceeded my
expectations. The destination offers you the chance to really explore the true Caribbean and visiting the Tobago Cays, especially Palm Island, is truly a breathtaking

Antiguan hat-trick Agents toured the trio of Elite
Island Resort properties in Antigua before heading off to meet the island’s stingrays and experience some local culture and colour. The 10 agents were on a hosted fam
trip and visited Galley Bay, St James’s Club and The Verandah.
Agent's Insight CLAIRE INCHES
Reservations consultant, Travel 2 "This was my first time in Antigua and thanks to Elite I had the most amazing experience. We visited the most beautiful parts of the island and experienced the best hotels. Antigua is definitely a ‘must’ for everyone and somewhere I will remember for a long time. You honestly need to see it to believe it. I really recommend a visit to Shirley Heights on Sunday nights to get a feel for the authentic Antiguan lifestyle."
STEPHANIE MANNOCK Customer care assistant Blue Bay Travel "I had a fabulous time and would definitely return to Antigua. The resorts were incredible and there are plenty of things to see and do. Shirley Heights was certainly my personal favourite"
