Whether you fancy a ride along the fantastic new Promenade enjoying the sea air and the public art at the south end, or a cycle to the wonderfully restored Stanley Park, you can enjoy exploring all of Blackpool by bike.
Even if you’d rather not bring your own bike on holiday you can still bike it around Blackpool on one of our 500 hire bikes which you can pick up from any of the 70 hire-a-bike stations across the town.
Becoming a member of the hire-a-bike scheme is easy: just follow these simple steps:
1. Call our local number 01253 320094. This is an automated telephone service so can be accessed instantly 24 hours a day.
2. Use a debit or credit card to set up your membership for just £6 per bike giving you 6 hours of cycling to explore the coast and beyond.
3. Input the membership code and pin number you are given into the keypad of the bike station and your chosen bike will be released.
4. Enjoy your ride. 5. Your bikes can be returned to any station making it easy to access all Blackpool’s attractions by bike.
If you are staying in Blackpool for a few days, you can use your credit over several days or top up your account to give you more time to explore.
