Minx’s Scandinavian outing
Minx nail fashion was used by two top Swedish designers to complement their Spring / Summer 2012 runway presentations.
Nail stylist Frida Selkirk collaborated with Elin Nyström during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in Stockholm, and then on fingers and toes with Minimarket at the Copenhagen and Stockholm shows.
Commenting on the Elin Nystöm show, where her team Minxed 13 models, Frida said: “The pattern turned out perfect, and the application of Minx is very fast and easy with no drying time needed. In fact, the models loved their Minx so much that many did not want to take it off after the show!”

OPI had a big presence at the Spring / Summer 2012 Fashion Weeks in New York and London.
Working for designers BCBG, Jason Wu, Rebecca Taylor, BCBG Max Azria and Hervé Léger, at New York Fashion Week the OPI team created neat nails on fingers and toes using OPI favourites Samoan Sand, Coney Island Cotton Candy, Stranger Tides, Tickle My France-y and Monsooner or Later, chosen to perfectly match poppy red lips by MAC.
In London, OPI worked with Jasper Conran, Charlotte Olympia, Fanny and Jessy, Jane Bowler, Shinsuke Mitsouka and Eleanor Amoroso, again featuring OPI’s neutral Samoan Sand plus Lady in Black, Passion and Don’t Know Beats Me.
