Ray Withers, Property Frontiers Ray Withers is one of the founding directors of Property Frontiers, the overseas property investment specialists and is co-author of the up and coming book “Where To Buy Property Abroad – An Investors Guide” to be published by Vacation Works in April. With a background in the city of London and management consultancy, Ray specialises in sourcing properties in the more exotic, emerging countries where returns are likely to be highest.
Loxley Mckenzie, Colordarcy Loxley McKenzie bought his first investment property at the age of 20. By 25, he had built up a cash-flow positive portfolio of UK and overseas properties worth more than £10 million. He is not only one of world’s most successful property investors, he is also a qualified financial and investment advisor, with a wealth of experience in both the City of London and Shanghai financial markets. Loxley’s investment philosophy is to invest solely in properties that put cash into the investor’s pocket, rather than put money into projects that the buyer has to subsidise.
Andrew Montlake, Coreco Group In 2009 Andrew was a founder of The Coreco Group and as communications director he is regularly quoted in the UK national press with appearances on national TV and radio. More commonly known as “Monty” he is the author of a highly acclaimed mortgage blog, and was voted “Mortgage Personality of the Year” in 2008 as well as winning the award for “Best Press Spokesperson” 2011 at The British Mortgage Awards. Andrew continues to work at the coal face, writing mortgage business and looking after clients.
David Rogers, Rocksure David Rogers is a veteran of the up-scale travel and leisure industries, having started his first business – Supertravel in Knightsbridge – at the age of 24. He describes himself as a ‘serial entrepreneur’, having spent his career starting, building and selling private medium-size businesses ... the last of these, prior to Rocksure, was a joint-venture with Abercrombie & Kent.

Piers Brown, Fractional Life Piers has been part of the fractional ownership marketplace for nine years, initially being an avid fractional consumer/owner before founding
FractionalLife.com in December
2006.This followed his MBA, which involved completing a thesis on fractional ownership. Previously sales and marketing director of one of the most successful fractional car clubs, he has also held senior positions in the national media and retail industries. In June 2011, his company launched Europe’s first b2b boutique hotel conference, ‘Boutique Hotel Summit’ to wide industry acclaim.
