Matthew Moody, Millennia Property Matthew has been successfully investing in property since 2004. He has built a large portfolio of Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO’s or multi-lets as they are commonly known) where he focused on cash flow and adding value to his properties. He founded Your HMO Expert in 2008 and has helped many people through his free courses, products and seminars and has been featured on BBC1, Radio 4, Your Property Network and other publications.


Simon Zutshi, Property Investors Network Simon has been successfully investing in property since 1995. He became financially independent at the age of 32 thanks to the passive income from his multi million pound portfolio. Simon now spends his time helping and educating other investors to achieve the same success as him. Simon is an international professional speaker, regularly asked to share his 15 years of property investing experience at major wealth creation events organised by the biggest names in the business such as Anthony Robbins and T Harv Eker. His book “Property Magic” became an instant Amazon No 1 best seller when launched in 2008. In 2003, Simon founded ‘property investors network’ which is now a national organisation which provides education, support and resources for investors, with monthly meeting in 8 major cities around the UK and more than 18,000 members.


Robin Pilley, CXG Property Services Robin Pilley is 41 years old and he has run his own business with his brother Daniel for more than 10 years. CXG specialises in sourcing the right tenants including selected Housing Benefit qualifiers and Polish families in their area. CXG works very closely with the Local Authority and makes full use of the LHA regulations whilst ring fencing rents for CXG clients. CXG has managed to maintain its yields through the credit crunch and over the last 5 years CXG believes it has now grown to become a market leader in the systemisation of LHA.


David Sandeman, Essential Information Group David purchased his first property at auction in 1984 and has been involved in auctions ever since. In 1990 he set up the Essential Information Group ltd to report on every auction held, and he now has more than 450,000 lots in the database. He has years of experience in the workings of property auctions and has a lively and informative presentation manner. David is highly respected as one of the UK’s auction specialists and is regularly interviewed by the national media for comment on the property auction market. He works closely with Auctioneers to promote the industry.


Stephen Fay (A.C.A.), Fylde Tax Accountants Stephen Fay ACA, is a Chartered Accountant specialising in all aspects of property taxation, and has been a property investor since 1999. He combines expert technical tax knowledge with real-life property investment experience to offer property investor clients a unique service.


Nick Carlile, Platinum Partners Nick Carlile is one of the three founders of Platinum Partners, a group of companies that offer wealth education, creation and protection with a keen focus on property. A qualified Quantity Surveyor, Nick has worked in the property construction and investment industry since the age of 16. He has purchased and renovated a variety of properties in and around South Yorkshire, and presently has a multi-million pound property portfolio in the UK, as well as a number of investments in Eastern Europe.
