David Burgess David’s first ‘career’ was in the Probation Service, but since 2003 he has been a Director of La Luz Property Ltd, an overseas property sales company (and Founder Member of the Association of International Property Professionals members - AIPP). David is also a Director of The Hotel Investment Company Ltd., which was formed earlier this year to develop this growing specialist hotel room investment market.
Glenn Ackroyd, National Property Group Glenn qualified as a lawyer and spent 13 years specialising in Landlord and Tenant law. He is co-owner and director of;
AQuickSale.com Estate Agency and National Property Group - a National portfolio asset management company for landlords. He also owns a large number of residential properties throughout the North of England, many of which are let on a “Rent to Buy” basis to tenant buyers.
Ray Boulger, John Charcol Ray has spent all his working life in financial services, initially 5 years with a firm of Chartered Accountants followed by 18 years as a stockbroker. He joined John Charcol in 1989 as a consultant before being appointed Technical Manager, then Senior Technical Manager. Within John Charcol, Ray’s principle functions include: Lender liaison, including product development and negotiation of exclusives. Advising John Charcol staff on mortgage related matters, including interest rate and economic updates, and helping place difficult mortgages. Charcol are independent mortgage advisers, formed in 1974, and advise on all types of 1st charge mortgage except equity release, although I don’t personally cover commercial mortgages.
Nick Tadd & Vanessa Warwick, Property Tribes Vanessa Warwick and Nick Tadd are residential and holiday let landlords, and co-founders of Property Tribes ( the U.K.’s busiest landlord and investor community) and Trading Post, a site where property people can list deals, leads, products, and professional services. Nick also consults for corporates on optimising the social web and technology. He is widely regarded as one of the foremost exponents of digital and social communications in the U.K., and has spoken on this topic at events around the world, including in Washington, D.C.
