John Boyle, HomeLet John Boyle is the Managing Director of HomeLet, the UK’s market leading provider of tenant referencing and insurance solutions to the private rented sector. John started his career with Prudential Assurance back in 1979 where he progressed to Regional Sales Manager. Since then he has worked in a number of senior positions within the insurance industry including Agency Sales Director for AIG, a role in which he was responsible for Eastern European operations. In January 2005, John joined HomeLet as Sales Director and in November 2006, he became HomeLet Managing Director.


Richard Bowser, Property Investor News Magazine One of the very few independent market commentators who from 2002 onwards regularly warned private investors as to the very clear risk factors relating to the purchase of new-build apartments for investment. In early 2007, Richard also emphatically predicted that mortgage lending would quickly become more difficult and expensive and that investors should avoid carrying excessive debt levels on low yielding property. Over the last seven years, Richard has regularly spelt out to investors the inherent risk of speculative investment strategies based on low yields and excessively high loan-to-value borrowing. He has also been a consistently fierce critic of the culture of ‘free money’ promoted by the now mainly defunct property seminar/marketing clubs.


Chris Howard, 4:Property plc Chris Howard has held a number of senior level positions in both the private and public sector. From 1994 to 1999 he was the Commercial Director of the British Tourist Authority and the English Tourist Board and a non–executive director of two regional tourist companies. Between 1999 and 2001 he was a Director within the Strategic Risk Management practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Chris is one of the co-founders of 4:Property plc and has been a successful property entrepreneur in his own right since 1994


Paresh Pai, Heritage Princes’ Real Estate Developers Paresh Pai,a civil engineer by profession, born and brought up in Goa. After working as a Senior Engineer with one of the leading Developers of Goa he branched out as a Real Estate Developer in 2000 in partnership with Manoj Manwani (himself a Real Estate Developer from Indore) and together they formed the company Heritage Princes` Real Estate Developers.
