Sheena Taylor, Principal International Sheena Taylor is employed at Graham & Rosen Solicitors, Hull. She has over 15 years’ experience in residential and commercial conveyancing. For a number of years she has specialised in Hotel and Investment Property sales and purchases, and has guided thousands of clients through the many of the key UK hotel projects in the recent years. Sheena also enjoys dancing (Latin and Ballroom), socialising, networking and Zumba and is also involved in charity work supporting a local charity in Hull called Dove House and Leukaemia Research.


Paul Shamplina, Landlord Action Paul Shamplina is one of the key founders of Landlord Action with 25 years’ experience in the legal field. He has previously worked as a legal clerk, private investigator, debt collector and certified bailiff. He has appeared regularly on TV and radio and lectures across the UK at landlord seminars and events. Paul also works full-time in the office, heading up a team of advisors. Paul believes passionately in the rights of the landlord and is always available for comment on any landlord/tenant matters.


Wiehahn Gerber, Capital Alternatives Wiehahn Gerber started his career as a Venture Capitalist in Cape Town, South Africa and transferred his skillset to the London market in 2005. He has gained a vast knowledge of personal finance matters and specialises in identifying unique trading opportunities in often-volatile market conditions. Wiehahn joined the Capital Alternatives team in 2008 and has helped build the company into one of the UK’s leading alternative asset providers. The company offers unique opportunities for clients to diversify their portfolios into less ‘traditional’ asset classes. Wiehahn is involved in the vetting of new project ideas that will provide investors with an above market rate of return.


David Humphreys, BuyToLet. Ltd David has been involved in residential property for over 40 years and published one of the first books on residential investment (to coincide with the launch of ARLA) on the buy to let initiative in 1996. A regular speaker at exhibitions, network meetings and a contributor to various property investment newspapers and magazines, David has delivered training courses to property investors for more than 10 years, including the Buy To Let Advanced Training for Tigrent since it’s inception. Many of David students are now successful property investors and recognised in the industry as being at the forefront of their profession.


Neil Young, Young Group Neil Young is CEO of Young Group, which researches, invests, finances, and asset manages property within the Private Rented Sector (PRS). Young London, the Group’s multiple-award winning letting and management business, most recently scooped a prestigious Business of the Year Award 2011 from HSBC. A fervent supporter of raising professional standards in the residential property sector, Neil is regularly asked to share his views on the Private Rented Sector with the national press and broadcasters, including BBC Radio 4, BBC Radio 5, The Financial Times, The Times and The Telegraph.


Ayshe Kadir, Invest in the States Ayshe is a British self made millionaire, and for the past 26 years has helped people achieve wealth and business success that they previously only dreamed about. She is a full-time property investor and business owner and founder of various companies both in the UK and the USA.
