Ian Waudby, Crest Group International Ian Waudby’s involvement in touristic real estate began in the seventies recession, selling Spanish properties on behalf of Spanish developers. In 1982 he became a partner of Woodside Europa, which was a leading brand selling Spanish real estate to the UK market,. He developed the company into a general Spanish real estate realty office. Ian, over this period of time, has seen many changes in the evolution of the Spanish market.
John Sebree, Florida Realtors John Sebree joined the Florida Association of Realtors as Vice President for Public Policy in December of 2003. John is charged with ensuring direct and positive contact with the Florida Legislature, Regulatory Agencies, Cabinet and other government officials. Prior to joining the team at FAR, John worked in the government affairs division of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in Washington, DC for thirteen years. John was NAR’s senior lobbyist working with the Congressional delegations of eight states, including Florida. He also worked closely with the White House and numerous government agencies on behalf of Realtors.
Tony Halsall, USA Property Bonds Property has been a part of Tony’s life for the best part of 30 years and he has personally bought, sold and developed land and property in the north of England as well as developing and selling in a corporate environment. During the period 1999 – 2008, Tony worked with Seasons PLC developing and selling investment property on undeveloped land at Seasons Holiday Resorts in Scotland, Lake District and Cornwall. A property man through and through, Tony has been involved in the distressed US market for the last two years and has recently introduced a new bond investment concept that has widened the market scope for investment into the US property market.
Williston H. (Bill) Clover, Panorama International Williston H. (Bill) Clover is president and chairman of the board of Panorama International, Inc., which itself is a family of companies. Panorama International specialises in hospitality studies, packaging and financing. Although the company is headquartered in the United States, Bill prefers to focus the company’s business on the global property market, where Panorama International has become recognised as a leader in providing a package of complete services to the hospitality, resort and development industries. Bill has owned or been a board member of companies involved in U.S. and international real estate development, marketing, finance and consulting for more than 40 years.
Charlie King, The Resort Group Born in America but educated in the UK, Charlie has more than 25 years’ experience in the UK and overseas financial services and property industries. Charlie is currently managing director of The Resort Group plc, the Gibraltar-based luxury resort developer with market leading developments in Cape Verde, including major hotel resort projects with fully SIPP compliant options.
Iain Harper, Heartwood Digital Iain Harper has been working in the internet industry since 1995, including eight years at a search engine marketing agency he founded in 1999.
