PSA’s now live

In 2010 we arranged over 47,900 appointments between our VIP Hosted Buyers and Luxury Travel Exhibitors through our Pre-scheduled Appointment (PSA) system and Online Diary.

All appointments are integrated and presented in a printed appointment diary for each VIP Hosted Buyer and Exhibitor. The diary runs from Tuesday to Thursday, and truly lies at the heart of ILTM's extensive networking agenda.

It is through this personal and tailored appointment diary that ILTM can connect you with the most exclusive travel experts so don’t delay and make your selections today.

Educational Programme for suppliers and buyers - Monday 5 December: 3.15-5.30pm

There is no doubt that education and training in the luxury travel sector is integral to understanding clients’ needs and delivering the highest standards of service. Leading by example, ILTM are delighted to introduce its ILTM Education Programme at the event in Cannes this December.

Tailored buyer and supplier led seminars - as well as a dedicated session on the importance of CSR in Travel - will help attendees understand how to meet the future demands of luxury travellers from 3pm on Monday, 5th December at the Palais des Festivals et des Congres in Cannes.

ILTM buyers and exhibitors are welcome to register for specifi c seminars during the appointment preference selections, although spaces on each are limited.

Spotlight on Luxury

Spotlight on Luxury sessions are relaxed opportunities for Hosted Buyers to learn about exhibitors' new products and services.

Taking place over breakfast or lunch, Spotlight on Luxury sessions are a 60 minute unique networking opportunity in a closed group environment, providing VIP Buyers with an in-depth insight into up to two luxury travel products showcased at ILTM. Buyers are urged to make their selections early as these sessions are in popular demand!
