Its aim is to protect and enhance the environment and improve the well-being of destination communities, as well as the holiday experience for visitors. Travel Operators for Tigers (TOFT) TOFT is an initiative to support Indian wildlife conservation efforts in their struggle to save India’s forests and wildlife. This is through better tourism practices in wilderness areas, empowerment of local communities to become involved and the introduction of guidelines for local accommodation providers. Travel Insurance


It is a condition of travel that you have adequate travel insurance cover purchased either from Bales, your travel agent or another source. Bales Worldwide work with Preferential Insurance Services Limited to offer you comprehensive Travel Insurance Schemes. Our insurance products are competitive and whether you require a Single Trip policy or a policy to cover you for unlimited trips within a twelve month period, we believe we can provide the right cover to match your exact travel requirements. Each policy (applicable to residents of the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Channel Islands) will include a range of benefits, a dedicated claims facility and a 24–hour emergency service. In addition, if you are not completely satisfied with the cover provided, we will refund the premium within our 14-day ‘cooling off period’. To ensure you are adequately covered, please select our insurance when making your reservation and a policy will be issued on payment of the insurance premium. A summary of cover and conditions can be seen on our website or provided by one of our Sales Consultants. A policy document which details all benefits and conditions, a Policy Summary, and our Terms of Business, will be sent with your booking confirmation.
