DAYS 1 to 4 – Fly to Beijing British Airways overnight flight to Beijing. 3 nights at the Prime Hotel. Explore Tiananmen Square, the grandeur of the Forbidden City, the glorious Temple of Heaven with its masterful Ming architecture and a Peking Duck dinner. Visit the magnificent Great Wall of China at Mu Tian Yu – a less visited section with superb vistas.


DAYS 5/6 – Xi’an Summer Palace visit before a flight to Xi’an. 2 nights at Golden Flower Hotel. Visit the astonishing Army of Terracotta Warriors, Big Goose Pagoda and evening Tang Dynasty show.


DAYS 7 to 9 – Yangtze cruise Visit the Hang Yan Ling tombs before flying to Chongqing. Board the Century Star cruise ship for 3 nights. Shore excursions to the Fengdu Snow Jade Cave and Shennong stream. Sail through Qutang, Wu and Xiling Gorges.
