ISSUE #2: Many business owners are working at an almost frenetic pace. We finish one project or task, and move immedi- ately to the next. Worse – and more common, we move to the next task before we finish. We’re interrupted, or maybe we’re late. We make a mental note of where we are as we put aside the current project or task, confident that we can come back and pick up right where we left off.
