Sports Interactive goes karting to raise money for the Japanese Tsunami relief, Learning Without Frontiers is invited to No.10, and Bastion’s Dean Barrett grills 505’s Ralph Pitt-Stanley in the latest Tag-Team. Plus, your chance to win copies of Art Academy as part of Nintendo’s Create Britain campaign

KART-WARMING

The folks at Sports Interactive banded together to raise money for the British Red Cross Japan Tsunami Appeal. The team went go-karting at Buckmore Park dressed as video games characters, and raised £4,500 in the process. In case you were wondering, Street Fighter’s Ken won.

DOWNING TREAT Pictured here is Learning Without Frontiers founder Graham Brown-Martin (far left) and former Apple visionary Guy Kawasaki (left) at No.10. The pair were invited to the PM’s crib earlier this month for a breakfast meeting, where they discussed: UK growth in the digital, creative and info- tech sector; the developments around Tech City in East London; and a new investment seed fund for UK tech start- ups that was launched later that day. We would be jealous but our only contribution would have been: “Could you pass the jam?”
