Watco Concrex®
Watco, the leading UK direct supplier of building maintenance solutions is launching a ‘Take and Try’ visitor promotion at TWM Exhibition. Visitors will be given a free 2.5 kilo Concrex® sample to try for themselves.
On stand C30, Watco will be demonstrating its range of new formula Concrex® products—the ultimate hard floor repair mortar that requires no water, is quicker drying and 8 times tougher than concrete.
Easy-to-apply, and long lasting, Concrex is the concrete and stone floor repair product that unlike cement based products, does not ‘go off’ with dampness or age, has a long shelf life and is ideal for floors. It does not shrink or expand and produces an anti-slip finish.
It is mixed in seconds—simply apply the dry Concrex resin to the curing agent and apply to a clean, dust free floor or

step. Once mixed it has a 30-minute working time and is ready for heavy traffic in 6 – 8 hours at 20°c. Concrex new formula sets harder than any other floor repair product because it contains tough reinforced Novolac epoxy resins. When dry it provides an excellent resistance to chemicals and solvents. The Concrex range provides repair solutions for floors in all temperatures. Unlike sand and cement, it can be ‘feather edged’ to zero, which is ideal for forklift areas as the smooth finish means it does not chip away.
There are ten products in the range including: Concrex Cold Set for application in winter conditions or cold store room temperatures as low as -10°c. Concrex High Temperature is formulated for areas subjected to steam cleaning or heat up to 100°c such as industrial ovens and kitchens.
Rapid Set is the fast curing mortar where time is key and the area needs to be operational quickly and safely. It is ready for heavy footfall or forklift traffic in 3 hours.
Concrex Deep Fill has been developed for economical filling of deep holes and cracks from 15 –100mm, in one easy application.
Concrex Coloured is a version of the popular Concrex Original, which is now made in a choice of blue, green, terracotta, tile red, buff, stone and black. For a free 2.5 kilo trial pack or further product information visit:
