AUSTRALIA


1 YearWorking Holiday Visa: The Australian Working Holiday Visa allows young people between the ages of 18 and 30 to have an extended holiday supplemented by casual employment for up to 12 months in Australia. Under theWorking Holiday programme inAustralia, the primary purpose of your visitmust be holiday, but you are entitled to seek temporary employment inAustralia to help fund your stay.


Eligibility:


• Aged between 18 and 30 (inclusive) at the date of your visa application • You must not have any dependent children • You have enough funds to support yourselfwhen you arrive in Australia • You must hold a passport from an eligible country, valid for at least one more year


• You have not received an AustralianWorking Holiday Visa before • Youmust not have any serious criminal convictions ormedical issues


Duration:


TheWorking Holiday Visa in Australia is for 12 months and during this time you can leave and re-enter the country asmany times as you like. If you wish to stay longer than 12 months, USIT can help you apply for a Second Year AustralianWorking Holiday Visa


2nd YearWorking Holiday Visa:


The 2nd YearAustraliaWorking Holiday Visa is available to people who have worked in regional Australia as a seasonal or construction employee for threemonths on a first year working holiday visa. It allows you to extend your stay from 12 to 24 months and it can be applied for in or outside of Australia.

Eligibility:


• Aged between 18 and 30 (inclusive) at the date of your visa application • You must not have any dependent children • You must hold a passport from an eligible country, valid for at least one more year


• Your passportmust be valid for the entire period of your stay inAustralia • You must have worked full-time as a seasonal worker in regional Australia for a minimum of three months (88 days) on an Australia Working Holiday Visa


• You must have sufficient funds to support yourself during your initial stay in Australia


NEW ZEALAND


1 YearWorking Holiday Visa: The New ZealandWorking Holiday Visa allows young people between the ages of 18 and 30 to have an extended holiday supplemented by casual employment for up to 12 months in New Zealand. Under the Working Holiday programme in New Zealand, the primary purpose of your visit must be holiday, but you are entitled to seek temporary employment in New Zealand to help fund your stay.


Eligibility:


• Aged between 18 and 30 years old (inclusive) • You are not accompanied by any dependant children • You have not been granted aWorkingHolidayVisa toNewZealand before • You have sufficient funds to support yourself on arrival in New Zealand • You hold a passport from an eligible country
