Storey has a staff of forty-eight employees and produces forty new titles
annually. With Storey since 1983, Pam has served in various capacities from man- aging editor to production director to publisher to president and CEO. Her accom- plishments include increasing the sales growth while maintaining profitability, ensuring the continued vital growth of the company.

Kate Bandos has worked with hundreds of publishers and authors, and dealt with a wide array of media people during her nearly 40 years in publishing. Since the formation of KSB Promotions in 1988, she has primarily helped independent publishers garner media exposure. Prior to the formation of KSB Promotions, Kate was publicity director for M. Evans &
Company (NYC), Globe Pequot Press (CT) and Pelican Publishing (LA). Handling national, regional, and local and carefully targeted campaigns, Kate and her husband/partner Doug work with non-fiction titles only, specializing in travel guides, parenting, gardening, cookbooks, home how-to, consumer health, select children’s books and other general lifestyle books.

Marianne is a seasoned industry insider with over 25 years in book publishing. She collaborates with self-published authors and small independent presses worldwide who know her for her professional, experienced counsel. A book publishing ad- vocate and ambassador, Marianne loves to share her experi- ence with growing publishing companies. She understands
their needs and has helped many go from struggling to succeeding. Prior to start- ing her consulting company, she spent over 12 years as Senior Vice President of National Book Network (NBN), one of the industry’s largest and most respected book distributors. Prior to joining NBN, Marianne was the US Marketing Direc- tor for Academy Editions and Associate Publisher for The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Press.

Todd Bottorff is a graduate of Harvard University, author, editor, and award-win- ning publisher. He has edited or published hundreds of titles in varying subjects including creativity, history, and literary fiction. He has served as the President and Publisher of Turner Publishing since 2002. Through Todd’s leadership, Turner has been named as one of the fastest growing independent pub- lishers in the nation by Publishers Weekly for the last two
years. He serves as a board member of Nashville’s public television station, WNPT, the Humanities Tennessee and is an Alumni Board member of Montgomery Bell Academy. He lives in Nashville with his wife and two children.
