Test results provide new business for Hydropanel

The merchant C&W Berry has extended its Marley Eternit Hydropanel range with the addition of the 12mm board. Hydropanel is a multi-purpose fibre cement dry-wall construction board that can be used on walls, floors and ceilings. A series of successful tests by the BRE for lightweight and heavyweight anchorage on Hydropanel opened up sales opportunities for Berry’s customers with the 12mm board.

Royal opening for sports hall

HM the Queen opened the new £2m sports centre at St John’s Beaumont, Old Windsor. The scheme by Ball Hall accommodates a 30’ rock climbing wall, a cricket facility, a performing arts studio, rowing room, gym, computer suite and main sports hall. A demountable draping system enables the conversion of the hall to an elegant indoor space for gatherings of the school community and other social engagements.

This durable and natural looking hardwood floor was combined with Junckers NewEra UnoBat fully sprung undercarriage flooring system to provide the correct resilience, shock absorption and friction characteristics for young athletes.
