Setup 1:

Meter your key light to about f11 and use a white or silver reflector if necessary to lift the shadows on the model's face. Then adjust the power of your High Performance Reflectors for the background until you just begin to clip the highlight around the model. The power required will ultimately depend on the type of background surface you're shooting onto and the distance between the background and the model. The more reflective the background surface, the less power you'll require and vice versa.
