A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic Field Sales Manager to develop our Southern Telecoms Sales Division and implement an aggressive sales strategy to achieve our ambitious growth plans.
Based at our Stoke branch, you will be responsible for telecoms growth, sales revenue, recruitment, training and development across the Midlands and Southern England.
Role
• Manage and develop our extensive base of existing telecoms accounts.
• Recruit, develop and manage a small team of fi eld sales executives covering Midlands and Southern England.
• Overall responsibility for achieving sales performance and activity targets for the Southern Telecoms Division.
• Responsible for generating new business from new clients and existing accounts. The role is 50% new business and 50% account management.
• Develop and strengthen our relationship with our key channel partners to identify opportunities and maximise sales revenues.
Candidate
• You will be a highly driven, successful Sales Executive looking to progress into a Sales Manager role or Sales Manager with a proven track record in new business development looking for a fresh new challenge.
• Experienced in the telecommunications industry in particular VOIP, Video, Unifi ed Communications IP Telephony and Voice Technology. Knowledge of Aastra & Panasonic systems is desirable but not considered essential.
• Charismatic individual who can coach, mentor and develop others in a complex, fast paced sales environment.
• Confi dent personality and be able to communicate and present solutions internally at board level as well as engaging at a senior executive level with clients.

This July, Batchworth Park Golf Club will be hosting the Sir Trevor Brooking Celebrity Classic. The testing Dave Thomas designed course set high up on rolling countryside and the well-appointed clubhouse will prove an eminently suitable stage.
