Monday 26th

May any of our relationships that are fragmented or fragile be restored and
reconciled in some small way. Where they remain in pieces or blocked let us
pray for long-awaited healing.
Tuesday 27th
Lord, let us remember the times when we have failed to make the
connections between our lives and our faith; help us to reconcile the two
more clearly so that our love for you and for others cannot be so easily
separated.
Wednesday 28th
We pray for reconciliation between different churches and faiths; may there
be a willingness on all sides to forget their territories and to build new and
lasting bridges.
Thursday 29th
Lord of justice and grace, empower us to respond to those we meet
whom we find difficult to be with; may you enable us to go beyond our
prejudices and hurts and to be true disciples of your love.
Friday 30th
Lord, your son’s death on the cross reconciled us to you but we let you down
every time we are not reconciled with each other. Guide us first in our hearts,
then in our minds and in our actions – let us be symbols of your peace.
Saturday 31st
Today we pray for countries that are at war with one another. May world
leaders find less violent ways to negotiate their disputes.
