the restroom, he peered into a glass exhibit tucked away by a water foun- tain that featured the safety pin in the atomic bomb dropped from the Enola Gay. The captain of the plane penned a letter to Truman explaining he thought he may want to have the token of remembrance. By placing the key item that altered
