Former live event project manager joins Edward Architects
Leeds and London based architecture practice, Edward Architects adds to its growing team with the appointment of Graham Davey as Architect. The new hire will further strengthen the firm’s court protection and accessible design work, one of its core specialisms and expanding service lines.
Graham joins from Stage One Creative Services where he was Project Manager with a breadth and wealth of experience leading on large scale events and unusual builds. Prior to that he was an Architect with Pearce Bottomley Architects.
During his project management role, Graham led a range of high profile live events involving complex design from the Eurovision 2023 set build at the M&S Arena in Liverpool to The Art of All Pavilion by Roc Nation and Jay-Z at Olympia in Kensington which involved a 4-week turnaround from contract to com- pletion. He also worked on Moncler X’s Mercedes Reveal at Olympia which formed the centrepiece of Moncler’s London Fashion Week launch.
Graham has also project managed a number of unusual builds including Bulgari’s Serpanti Lit Sculpture in Duke of York Square, Chelsea. His expertise also spans work across visi- tor centres, new builds, primary care cen- tres, golf centres and the Leeds Chinese Christian Church.

Junction 32, Yorkshire’s leading outlet shopping destination, has rounded off a record-break- ing 2024 with exceptional results during the Christmas trading period, underscoring its status as a leading outlet shopping destina- tion. The centre achieved year-on-year growth across both sales and footfall, with standout performances in key categories. The successful Christmas period was also bolstered by the raft of new stores that have arrived at the out- let centre in 2024 including 200 Degrees Coffee, Bonmarche, Castore, Dune, Flannels, Krispy Kreme, Lucy and Yak, Luke, Oxen, Saltrock and
Sofa.com, with upsizes and refitted store from Greggs, Mountain Warehouse/Animal, Pavers and Sports Direct.
2024 was a landmark year for Junction 32, with annual sales up +5.2% versus 2023, marking the centre’s best-ever performance. Nine months of the year, saw record-breaking turnover figures. December alone recorded a remarkable +9.7% increase in sales compared to 2023. Across the year, Sports and Outdoor, Menswear, Mixed Fashion and Homeware stood out as top-performing categories, demonstrating the centre’s broad appeal.
Junction 32’s success reflects its dedication to offering shoppers a curated selection of brands, and an engaging retail experience. The centre’s ability to meet and exceed cus- tomer expectations throughout 2024 high- lights its role as a key retail destination.
Leeds office investment traded for over £10M
6 East Parade comprising 44,000 sq ft sold by Bridges Fund Management: Acting on behalf of Bridges Fund Management and Evenacre, CBRE’s Leeds Investment team has completed the sale of 6 East Parade, a prime office building in central Leeds for in excess of £10 million. The building was acquired by STR Capital for a private client. The prominent Grade A office building comprises 44,000 sq ft of space over 7 floors with 13 basement parking spaces and is multi-let to tenants including Dentsu, DLA Architects, Claranet, Iwoca, Muse, Overbury and ABS Limited.Lewis Ellis advised STR Capital, a UK focused commercial real estate investment asset management company, acting on behalf of a private client.
