Danish brand Northern Baits is growing. Fast. The company prides itself on making highly nutritious and instantly attractive baits. And word is spreading… and the good news… dealers can make real margins too.

n 2015, Brian Westergaard and Martin Kruse gave up their business careers to follow their dream and proceeded to put everything they had into it. Brian and Martin are both very keen anglers and bring a wealth of knowledge in their specifi c roles, Martin having worked for IBM and Brian with a wealth of marketing and advertising expertise, having previously worked at an advertising agency. The company is based in Denmark


where they produce and supply all there own bait, in-house and fresh, then distribute it all over Europe and other parts of the world. Being able to source directly from the famous great mills of Denmark who supply them with some of the highest grade meals and proteins in the world, gives them an obvious advantage. Also using top end European fl avour houses, sourcing some of the highest quality ingredients ever included in bait from advanced digestion aids to feed stimulators that have never been used in the fi shing industry. They claim, and certainly do use some of the most advanced ingredients in bait development in the industry, driving the brand and aiming to bring you, the dealer, the best quality bait available for your customers. Northern Bait is a company driven by anglers. As the brand spreads on an international level, anglers are now starting to become more and more aware about the nutritional value of

the bait they use, wanting to use bait that’s not only instantly attractive, it’s actually good for the fi sh to eat.
