MHM goes greener
With the use of renewable energy a top priority with many organisations, MHM Plant says it will demonstrate its green credentials by exhibiting three sustainable products. Taking centre stage will be
the MGTP 10000 solar hybrid generator, which produces 10kVA of power via its solar panel, battery pack and diesel engine. The machine will be joined by two new environmentally-friendly products, namely the X-Pole Solar and the X-Solar Hybrid lighting towers. The former is powered solely by a solar panel, whilst the X-Solar Hybrid operates from a combination of battery, solar and diesel energy.
Ground-Guards shows kerb appeal
Ground-Guards will promote its KerbGuard 400 and 900 kerb protectors targeted at housebuilders. Made from recycled PVC, they are designed to protect kerb stones throughout the duration of a project.
Compact Giant machine
Tobroco-Giant UK will show the Giant SK2520 skid steer loader which can be used for a range of construction and landscaping tasks. Powered by a 25hp Kubota engine, the compact machine is 76cm wide and has a 350kg lift capacity. It can be fitted with more than 150 attachments for lifting and
transporting materials such as sand, concrete or bags of cement, as well as sweeping and cleaning work, and can be fitted with an integrated DPF (diesel particulate filter) to reduce emissions. For work with hydraulically driven attachments, such as a rotary mower or hydraulic hammer, the machine can be equipped with a double gear pump.
