fitted with four 60-watt LED lamps fitted to an 8.5-metre mast. The X-SOLAR delivers a light coverage of 2400 square metres, and will provide excellent illumination 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Compact dimensions mean that four units can be
loaded onto a single truck. The build of the X-SOLAR is robust, with galvanised metal works, and an 80 µm powder coating finish, making it ideally suited for the rentals markets. For safe handling and efficient manoeuvrability, the frame is fitted with forklift pockets and a central lifting eye. Safety is also heightened by the AMOSS security system, which automatically lowers the mast if the lighting set is moved whilst the mast is still erected. Optional features for the X-SOLAR include a telemetry
system for remote location and operational monitoring, an automatic start-up PIR operation, and dimmable lighting.

BGG The LiOn hybrid lighting tower from BGG packs many
features into a relatively compact form factor. Featuring a 48V lithium-ion battery which works in
conjunction with a Stage-V compliant Yanmar or Kohler engine, the unit offers up to 750 hours of fuel autonomy. The LiOn light has a galvanised and soundproofed steel canopy, with an extendable nine-metre mast that reaches full height in just 15 seconds. It is fully bunded, with four adjustable legs, two battery isolator switches, a dusk-to- dawn sensor and maintenance intervals of 2300 hours. The hybrid LiOn
tower light has four 115Watt CREE LEDs. The batteries recharge in 2.5 hours with the floodlights on and it will run silently for 9.5 hours on the batteries alone, making it suitable for indoor use. Remote monitoring is offered as an option, while modest dimensions mean that 20 can fit onto an EU truck.
