P&P LIVE! 2020 Review
Embroidery consumables are our business and it was clear to see this on our stand. We had a larger stand than last year, but still not big enough to host all of the products we sell. Visitors to our stand were amazed to see our product range. We are the only supplier to take such a large product range to the show and let customers touch and examine the products first hand.
Sunday was the busiest day we have ever had at Printwear & Promotion LIVE! The main products of interest for customers at our stand were the Premium Embroidery Thread range, the Mighty Hoops and the framing stations. We were able to demonstrate how these products work and the benefits they bring to your business. We will see you all next year at the same stand, but even bigger with more products on display.
Jas Purba, managing director, ETC Supplies A big thank you T
he team at Russell Europe would like to say thanks to all the visitors who came to see their products and for the super positive feedback received! The stand was packed with people. The conversations the team has inspire them to continue to do things the Russell way.
Great interest was seen in the new subcategory Russell Pure Organic. The conjunction between the GOTS certification with the quality, design and finishing will separate Russell from competitors. The Pure Organic range qualifies with best in class printability, top quality standard, excellent wash care and the highest level for retail trade. The visitors were impressed by the sophisticated design, special details and the finest cotton yarns.
All in all, it was a very successful fair for Russell with a great response from the visitors regarding the new products. It is exciting to see what a high demand there is. The team are looking forward to a successful year 2020.
Who could have thought of a better way to start the new decade than being at Printwear & Promotion LIVE! and not only catching up with our existing customers, but welcoming so many new customers
on our brand-new shiny stand.
It was an incredibly busy three days; it was so lovely to hear so many positive remarks about the quality and vibrancy of the DTG prints we were showcasing. Screen printers, embroiderers and people within the industry were genuinely surprised at the quality of DTG.
Organic clothing seems to be very much the new trend and we spoke to many customers about the massive surge in demand for organic clothing; visitors to the stand were awed with the Stanley/Stella garments we had displayed on the stand; one person even commenting how they couldn’t believe it had been done via DTG!
A huge thank you to everyone who came and visited us, and we look forward to seeing you all again very soon!

rintwear & Promotion LIVE! was an exciting time for GS UK, as it was the first show since GS’s new ownership was announced at the end of 2019. Director Robert De Regge and his GS team had record number of visitors to the stand and proved why it has been one of the leading suppliers of machines and consumables to the UK textile industry for the last 30+ years. Numerous orders for the Ethos Software and machines were taken on the stand including the Merlin Pro industrial machines and the ever-popular Brother PR machines.
The GS competition to win two Ethos embroidery software packages and £100 of Gunold threads ensured there was a continuous stream of visitors each day. GS UK would like to thank all the Printwear & Promotion LIVE! customers old and new who visited their stand.
The chance to educate visitors
W
ith more demands in the marketplace for certified ethical and environmental clothing Neutral saw an increased number of brochures taken and visitors to the stand. It also gave Neutral chance to educate visitors about organic cotton and all the other sustainable certificates. 2020 saw the introduction of more colours into the range, a new High Neck Zipped Sweat, Aprons and a Recycled Performance T-Shirt.
With the strapline of ‘give waste a second chance’ visitors were very interested to see the number of colours in the T shirt and understand that the recycled polyester was certified to be from post-consumer plastic bottles and helped to stop these ending up as waste at landfills in
India. There was also the opportunity to take a virtual reality tour around an Indian cotton field.
