Introducing the new Brother GTXpro Bulk

T

he all-new GTXpro Bulk from Brother combines the advantages of the GTX direct to garment printer with mass production features. The result is a space-saving and reasonably priced industrial direct to garment printer for mass production without sacrificing the well-known advantages of the GTX. Features include: ● Ink supply system

The revolutionary new bulk ink system is perfect for large production quantities. Brother’s Innobella Textile ink is available in 2kg and 20kg containers. ● New industrial white print head design

The newly developed white ink print head technology for inside-ink-circulation, results in a reduction of white ink waste. ● Reduced maintenance and time Just like the GTX which was launched three years ago, the GTXpro Bulk requires less maintenance and less

he Tx300P-1800 MkII hybrid digital textile printer is the latest product to join Mimaki Europe’s line up. The new printer enables both direct-to- textile and transfer printing, with interchangeable platens and three different ink combinations – providing unrivalled flexibility within a single system and opening new doors for print service providers.

The capability to fulfil diverse applications from fashion textiles to interior fabrics and wallpaper within one system makes the printer an ideal entry- level solution.

waiting time. The new cap design leads to 40% less purging time, the larger colour sub-tanks are refilled during the printing process. The printer also features a print reservation function for higher productivity. ● High speed print mode

The new white ink print head design allows to use more nozzles than previous models and by choosing ‘fast mode’ in the print settings you can print up to 10% faster than before. ● Optimal print height The sensor detects if the textile touches the print head. In addition, the new sensor technology detects whether the platen is too low in order to reduce ink mist and assure a high print quality.

he BASA Evolution from Baumann relies on innovative technology instead of muscle strength and is the perfect automated solution for removing bottlenecks in high-volume cutting environments. In the standard version, as a low-cost starter version for automatic jogging, the BASA Evolution can be equipped with further options for a complete automated line. Depending on the features, the machine transfers jogged, aligned and pressed layers directly to the rear table of the high-speed cutter, to a buffer space or alternatively towards two cutters.

Proven jogging technology from Baumann and a significantly higher pressing power ensure perfectly aligned layers and thus always perfect cutting results. With high-performance bearings, optimised components and improved servo technology – high availability is granted.

heat transfer paper however, this platen can be quickly and easily exchanged for a vacuum platen needed for paper printing. The hybrid printer is also able to facilitate either a traditional one-way ink set, configured with any one of five ink types, as well as various combinations of inks, providing unparalleled flexibility. Users can select from three different ink combinations: textile pigment/ direct sublimation, textile pigment/ sublimation transfer, or direct sublimation/ sublimation transfer – to provide the best results across various applications.
