FESPA Preview

FESPA show, the vibrancy of the applications and the optimism and momentum of this endlessly creative, inventive sector.” FESPA 2019 is the second exhibition under the Global Print Expo format, following a highly successful event in 2018. The now-annual event covers all technologies, processes and applications, meaning that PSPs and sign makers have one destination event to attend for their speciality print requirements.

Why should you attend? FESPA Global Print Expo 2019 is the industryʼs leading platform for technology innovation and is the only event dedicated to the speciality print market in Europe. The organisers believe it is therefore the best place for visitors who are looking for inspiration, to explore the latest technology, media and inks. Bringing together a range of major players and smaller brands under one roof makes FESPA the foremost destination event for international PSPs and sign makers.

For garment decorators and textile printers specifically, there will be over 170 exhibitors involved in garment decoration and manufacturing, including direct to garment, sublimation printing and screen printing exhibitors such as Anatol, Hebbecker, Kornit Digital, MHM, M&R, Roq and Vastex.

Reflecting the significance of garment applications within the wider opportunity in printed textile, Print Make Wear will return, focusing exclusively on fashion textiles, garments and printed accessories and will take the form of a live production environment highlighting every step in the screen and digital printing production process, from initial design to finished product. Visitors will also benefit from the opportunity to network with peers, as well as to be inspired by the show features and insightful seminar sessions. So, for

Colour L*A*B* takes the form of a technology showcase and supporting conference programme, both designed to help visitors improve colour management practices within their businesses.

The feature will offer visitors a structured, end-to-end overview of all the individual elements that contribute to professional colour management, including monitors, measurement and calibration tools, lightboxes, software solutions and print output devices. Visitors are invited to participate in free, pre-bookable, guided Colour L*A*B* tours with respected colour management consultant Paul Sherfield. He will provide detailed explanations of the processes and answer visitorsʼ
