How many prints an hour will the new owner be able to complete? Did the customer require any special training in order to operate the machine? What inks will they be using to produce prints? A. The ROQ Oval Pro prints up to 900 pieces per hour, and if fewer colours are used, two designs can be printed at the same time, thus doubling the number of pieces per hour.
The customer was already familiar with ROQ machines, which are very user friendly, so no training was required. However, through ROQ’s after-sales support, the customer could ask for help at any time.
Regarding inks, any type of screen printing inks can be used on ROQ machines.

The ROQ Oval at a glance
• The largest ROQ Oval ever manufactured has 80 aluminum honeycomb pallets and 26 print heads.
• It also has two unloading and loading stations so two jobs can be printed simultaneously.
• One of the Oval’s unique features is its micro registration screen system with vernier scale.
• It has a foolproof rotation system that allows the machine to match the demands of the user’s requirements.
It was manufactured at ROQ’s vertically integrated manufacturing facility in Portugal
