ArtSystems joins ISA-UK as commercial partner A
rtSystems, the Nottingham-based specialist systems
distributor and service provider, has announced it has joined the International Sign Association UK (ISA-UK).
ISA-UK powered by BSGA is the leading independent trade association for the UK sign, graphics and visual communications industry, supporting a diversified network of members across all regions of the UK.
Joining as a commercial partner, ArtSystems will support ISA-UK in promoting and advocating its aims and
values for the sign-making industry. Beginning this summer, ArtSystems plans to offer information and education days to the ISA-UK membership, with practical help on how sign-makers can move their business forward in the busy, modern market. Non-members of ISA-UK are also welcome to attend these events
VF Corporation announces new leadership appointments

F Corporation has announced key leadership appointment at its Dickies, Altra, Smartwool
and Icebreaker brands.
VF’s interim president and CEO, Benno Dorer, said: “VF is committed to nurturing its strong pipeline of internal talent. We are pleased to recognise and further develop three outstanding VF leaders with important and challenging new or expanded assignments.”
Todd Dalhausser
Todd Dalhausser, previously brand president of Altra, has been appointed to the position of global brand president, Dickies. He will report to Mr Dorer and serve on VF’s executive leadership team.
Jen McLaren
Jen McLaren, previously Brand President of Smartwool, has been appointed to the position of brand president, Altra and general Manager, VF North America key accounts. She will continue reporting to Martino Scabbia Guerrini, EVP and president, EMEA, APAC and Emerging Brands. In addition to overseeing the Altra brand, Ms McLaren will lead VF’s key account management program

Jan Van Mossevelde, president of Icebreaker, is assuming additional responsibility for the Smartwool brand as part of VF’s focus on capturing future opportunities for strategic and operational synergies across these brands as a foundation for stronger and more profitable growth. He will continue reporting to Scabbia Guerrini. With responsibility for both brands, Van Mossevelde will lead strategies that build on and reinforce their industry leading positions in merino wool and natural fibres. While each brand will continue to operate separately, they will collaborate on a cohesive strategy to leverage their respective strengths and capabilities in addition to VF’s global business platforms more broadly.

The new Lo-E1D model with 46 cm
long heating chamber and 2.85 kW of power draws 12.5 amps at 230V, curing up to 23 garments/h printed with digital white ink at 3 minutes dwell time, or 64 garments/h with DTG pre-treatment only or water-based inks at one minute dwell time. The new Lo-E3D model with 132 cm long heating chamber and 6.35 kW of power draws 38 amps at 230V, or just 10 amps at 400V, 3 phase, and cures up to 64 garments/h with digital white ink at 3 minutes dwell time, or 180 garments/h with DTG pre-treatment or water-based inks at one minute dwell time. All Lo-E models are equipped as standard with a 76cm wide conveyor belt that runs true by means of a low friction belt aligner patented by the company, with belt speed controls allowing infinitely adjustable dwell times from one to five minutes.
