ustom Kit’s designers consider all aspects of garment construction to ensure longevity for the wearer.
Styles such as the KK413 Klassic Slim Fit Polo have the optimum amount of stitches per cm to make the seams stronger and to aid shape retention, while also featuring double seams at stress points for extra durability. The Superwash 60 family of garments also follow the buy less buy better mantra. They are all made from premium fabric, tight tension knit with a clean fi nish to create the optimum surface for printing every time.
Superwash 60 is a hi-tech fabric that allows the garment to be washed up to 60°C for the removal of stubborn stains without affecting shape or colour. Some garments in the range can also be tumble dried. The make-up is of a high quality. Features such as double stitched seams ensure durability and back neck and shoulder tape provide wearer comfort and shape retention.

The Superwash 60 garments are very highly accredited, holding Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Oeko-Tex Made in Green, Oeko-Tex STeP, Wrap Gold, SEDEX, BSCI and Accord.
Kustom Kit also has a rigorous selection process for garment manufacturers. Only those that are totally committed to exceeding high ethical standards become appointed suppliers. An ethical audit is a formal examination of the labour and management practices of a factory. It is a verifi able process to understand, measure and report on and help improve the organisation’s social and environmental performance. All suppliers are audited once a year by at least one of the following recognised bodies: WRAP, SEDEX, BSCI.
Oeko-Tex is an independent globally standardised certifi cation especially developed for textiles. Its primary purpose is to ensure that the chemicals used in the manufacture of textile products are in no way damaging to health. Kustom Kit understands what the modern wearer demands from their clothing. They expect colours to be brighter, shirts to need little or no ironing and require sportswear to be fully functional keeping wearers both warm and dry.
