l England entered Step 4 of the Prime Minister’s roadmap out of lockdown on July 19. The government will pay 60% of salaries up to £1,875. The Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme is due to end on September 31. l Alexandra Workwear sold over 200 million units of PPE worldwide during the last year. This was primarily provided to the NHS and healthcare industry for distribution to COVID testing centres, hospitals, care homes, opticians, dentists and other facilities. l To celebrate the relaxation of COVID-19 restrictions, on Friday, July 23 The Pen Warehouse and Snap Products held a socially distanced lunchtime party for staff members. Avient acquires MagnaColours


vient Corporation has acquired MagnaColours for $48 million. MagnaColours’ materials will join Avient’s existing specialty inks portfolio, alongside brands such as Wilflex and Rutland.
