With over 160 products available, the digital inks are all Oeko-Tex certifi ed 100% organic water-based and non-toxic, (made from food) and are supported with free custom ICC profi ling. The screen inks cover 100% organic water-based, eco-friendly PVC and phthalate-free plastisol and include a very large selection of cross linkers, regulators, special effects, adhesives, metallics, refl ective, phosphorus and eight fl uorescent colours.
With polymer material produced using Nano technology, combined with the introduction of silicone at nanoparticle sized ink content level, these high-quality inks outperform conventionally made products across all printing processes. The elasticity, softness, colour resistance and purity of these products, increase the comfort of everyday clothes and all kinds of fabrics.
Made with vibrant T Colour range pigments, all screen products run through high mesh counts easily and offer excellent production quality and effi ciency. Full support for mixing over 40,000+ Pantone colours is provided via the Uras Colour Matcher, a fast, simple and easy to use Windows based ink mixing app, available free of charge. Nazdar New ink range is available globally
Nazdar Ink Technologies has announced the global availability of the 770 Series inks, a general graphics inkset designed for heated medium viscosity print heads. The new series uses low odour components and can cure by both UV and LED. The Nazdar 770 Series inks have been developed for Kyocera KJ4A print heads and are suitable for multiple substrates including reinforced vinyl banner, pressure-sensitive vinyl, window cling,
polystyrene, fl exible PVC, foamboard, roll polycarbonate and fl exible backlit media. They have been formulated to provide outdoor durability of up to two years when mounted vertically.
