Marvel Avengers Campus is an entirely reimagined land dedicated to discovering, recruiting and training the next generation of Super Heroes. Everyone is invited to join the action - teaming up with the Avengers and their allies throughout the land - slinging webs like Spider-Man and flying into space with Iron Man and Captain Marvel. Having opened as part of the 30th Anniversary celebration of Disneyland Paris, Marvel Avengers Campus is the next key milestone in Walt Disney Studios Park multi-year transformation plan. With Marvel Avengers Campus and Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel, Disneyland Paris is on its way to becoming the ultimate destination for Marvel fans. Meanwhile, the new space-themed
luxury on-site hotel, Station Cosmos, opened at Futuroscope. Located next to the entrance of Futuroscope, the €19m hotel features a total of 76 rooms themed as futuristic cabins, plus a bar and Space Loop, the first RollercoasterRestaurant in France. Station Cosmos is an immersive experience where guests enter what looks like a planetary base for their intergalactic stay.

At Parc Astérix Tonnerre 2 Zeus was
officially inaugurated by the director general of Parc Astérix, Delphine Pons, and French actor and humorist, Arnaud Ducret. The original roller coaster, Tonnerre de Zeus, celebrated its 25th anniversary and was renovated, enhanced and renamed. The Gravity Group transformed the attraction with changes to the track, plus the addition of a tunnel and new trains. In Germany, Europa-Park’s Rutlantica opened a new Twist’n’Splash water ride.
In the ‘Heligvända’ attraction from Mack Rides, guests are seated in rotating barrels decorated with runes in an immersive mystical theme, and can blast water at fellow guests. Its opening constituted the first time this water ride was presented in a water park. Europa-Park also expanded its Austria
themed area, with the addition of Josefina’s Imperial Magical Journey taking over the previous Adventure Land area. In Italy, Jumanji - The Adventure, the
world’s first fully themed Jumanji ride based on Sony Pictures’ popular film franchise, opened at Gardaland. Replacing the former interactive dark ride Rameses: The Awakening, this is a dark ride for adventurers of all ages, from families to teenagers and young adults, featuring an exciting and engaging story. Visitors travel through 12 different location settings on board special jeep-style vehicles which reproduce the famous 4- wheel drive from the film down to the last detail. Each multi-motion vehicle not only moves in a linear direction on the track but also reacts to dangers, obstacles and audio and video effects along the way, twisting and swinging around to simulate the movement of a real jeep.
