Tivoli appoints new CEO


Fantawild parks re-opening in China


Chinese theme park operator, Fantawild is pleased to announce that three of its parks have already re-opened; Changsha Fantawild Oriental Heritage park opened on 18 March, while Zhengzhou Fantawild Adventure and Wuhu Fantawild Oriental Heritage opened just a few days later, on 21 March. It is understood that nine more Fantawild theme parks in eight cities will re-


open from the end of March to the beginning of April. Ningbo Fantawild Oriental Heritage, Zhuzhou Fantawild Adventure and Zhuzhou Fantawild Dreamland are on course to re-open on March 26, while Nanning Fantawild Asian Legend, Jinan Fantawild Oriental Heritage, Taian Fantawild Adventure will open their gates again on 28 March 28. Shenyang Fantawild Adventure and Datong Fantawild Adventure will open on 1 April, followed by Handan Fantawild Oriental Legend in early April.

Susanne graduated as MSc. in International Business Administration and Modern Languages from Copenhagen Business School in 1999 and subsequently became a consultant at McKinsey & Company. In 2013, she was appointed CCO of DSB and joined the Group’s top management. Susanne is a board member of COOP Denmark and Scandic Hotel Group. Commenting on the election of

Universal projects


“progressing and on track” In a brief update to employees, Tom Williams, chairman and CEO of Universal Parks & Resorts is reported to have said that construction of Universal Orlando Resort’s new Epic Universe theme park in Florida is progressing and on track for a 2023 opening. Work is also said to be continuing on other Universal’s projects worldwide,


including Universal Beijing Resort in China and Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Japan in Osaka. Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood in California are temporarily closed until 19 April due to the coronavirus.
