Q&A – JOHNNY ORTIZ
“I couldn’t be more proud of our team at Zitro”
MB: What are your overall goals for 2024? JO: Among our many ambitions at Zitro, our main objectives are to consolidate our presence in the U.S. market, making our company an essential supplier of gaming machines for any operator in the country. Simultaneously, we aim to maintain our leadership in Latin America and Spain and, of course, continue growing in the rest of the continents towards our goal of making Zitro a global leader.
Because we aim to provide our organization with the necessary resources and tools to support our growth, we’re also working towards making Zitro Digital the preferred supplier for any online casino in the world. At the same time, we will always strive for the satisfaction of our employees, suppliers and customers. Success is not measured only in financial terms; it can rather only be built on solid and lasting relationships with all stakeholders in the business.
MB: You announced a new Tech hub in India last year. What are your expectations for its impact on your business in the coming years? JO: The opening of our new Technology Campus in India is proof of our ongoing commitment to innovation and reflects the significant growth of our Zitro brand. This new campus has also played an important role in Zitro’s efforts to increase its production capacity in software development and further strengthen its investment in R&D. Bangalore, a strategic hub renowned for its skilled professionals, presents a strategic advantage, allowing us to leverage the local talent pool and unlock exciting new possibilities for product development. As a global company, we are committed to hiring talent across geographies, and expect that together with our team based in our Technology Campus in Barcelona, we are well- positioned to drive continuous global product innovation and complement Zitro’s continued growth and success in the years to come.
