Expert knowledge from guest speakers and industry debate will focus on areas including sales and marketing, artificial intelligence (AI) and business coaching.
The format will include the popular exclusive retailer dinner the evening before the conference, Tuesday 8th October. Experienced broadcast journalist Emma Crosby will host the conference and facilitate the Big Debate.
Keynote speaker, Matt Elwell, is a Sales Trainer & Coach, Author of ‘Open With A Close’ and Public Speaker with 22 years’ experience as an entrepreneurial business owner. International Master Coach, Tina Southgate, will deliver a presentation to inspire the audience.

Alan Coleman, National Sales Manager for the Kitchen Division at Cyncly, will deliver a presentation covering AI and the design process. He will discuss how AI is transforming design processes, look at the benefits, provide tips for how to get started with AI as a designer and conclude with a review of future trends and opportunities.
The conference will round off with the much anticipated ‘Big Debate’, where industry professionals will tackle themes from throughout the day. The excitement will continue later in the evening as the spotlight will shift onto the shortlisted designers for the 2024 Kbsa Designer Awards, hosted by award-winning comedian and actress Ronni Ancona.
