One of the highlights for me at Sign & Digital UK was actually just getting to have a real in-person connection with my clients. Because I work predominantly online, events like this are so crucial to meet people in the flesh. The other benefit is that it’s an opportunity for my Print Mastermind community to come together, network, and share ideas, and our online group calls are always so much better once people have met in person at offline events

LOTS OF FUN HAD The team at Quality Print Services drummed up plenty of interest in the products they had on display throughout Sign & Digital UK. In particular, the ColorJet Verve Mini, a high resolution small-format LED UV curing flatbed printer with an operating area of 1,050x1,650mm was a hit with visitors. Plenty of interest was also seen in the ColorJet Vulcan Hybrid range of UV printers, which are available in widths of 2,000mm, 3,200mm and 5,200m On top of this, the team had a lot of fun illustrating the wide range of applications that users are able to create when working with both the QUV-30 and QUV-60 UV-DTF machines, which are recent additions to the QPS product line-up.

A GREAT OPPORTUNITY Soyang’s new SoStick media range created a lot of interest throughout the show, while there was also plenty of heads turning for the VeloBlade Nexus digital cutting table and Fujifilm Acuity Prime LED UV flatbed printer, as well as the Keencut, Bubble Free and Mimaki products. On top of this, Sign & Digital UK 2025 was a great opportunity to promote Soyang’s DTF film and powder solutions to a diversified audience. In terms of sales, Soyang was able to sign off on a
PLASTGrommet E-Lifter Pro to Feather Flags Trade, a long-term customer that specialises in supplying trade customers with printed items such as flags and banners. This followed the business’ recent purchase and installation of a 3.2m UV printer from Soyang which went without hitch. On the purchase, Josh Candy, managing director at Feather Flags Trade, said: “Our company handle rolls up to 3m wide and to prevent any future back injury to our staff, the E-Lifter Pro made perfect sense.”
