ull-service exhibitions and experiences specialist, Tecna has appointed Robert Andersen as head
of creative.
A multi-award-winning creative leader with more than 25 years’ experience, Mr Andersen brings a wealth of expertise from scaling tech start-ups to global blue-chip brands. His most recent role was at global experience agency, Identity, where he led the creative team behind some of the most iconic events in the industry, including COP28 and London’s NYE fireworks. Ricoh Europe appoints interim CEO D
avid Mills has been appointed as Ricoh Europe’s interim CEO following Nicola Downing’s decision to step down.
Ms Downing will end her three years as CEO of the organisation on March 31. She has spent 20 years at Ricoh Europe. Mr Mills brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to his new role. Having joined Ricoh in 1982, he has held various senior positions in the organisation, including Ricoh Europe chairman and CEO, where he played a pivotal role in driving the company’s transformation from print manufacturer to

investment director, reporting directly to Takahiro Irisa, president of RICOH Digital Services Business Unit, Ricoh Company.
