What is your strategy for building brand awareness and distribution channels in Europe and the UK in particular? We will work closely with channel partners in order to bring the range to market. For the launch period itself we have partnered with Aurora, which has exceptional nationwide reach. Over the longer term we will move to a multi-partner approach to maximise the range of end customers we can reach. We have a comprehensive European partner programme for all
our toner devices – from our office printer range through to our production print devices for professionals. Training and support are an integral part of this programme. We want to establish a significant presence in the UK and
European office printer market by leveraging our global brand reputation. Our strategy revolves around demonstrating the undeniable value of the Apeos range: superior performance, unmatched security, and pioneering sustainability. We’ll be working closely with our partners, engaging with businesses directly, and leveraging the strength of the Fujifilm brand to achieve our goals. As well as delivering exceptional customer service to ensure that UK businesses recognise the Apeos range as the preferred choice for their multifunction device needs.
How do you see the office printing landscape evolving? Post-Covid – the office printing landscape is in something of a state of flux as some businesses are encouraging everyone back to the office; others are fully remote, and most are managing a hybrid system, mixing the two. Ultimately this means everyone is looking for maximum flexibility, seamless remote access and reliable security. As the landscape continues to change, we will adapt with it to ensure we’re offering the solutions that the market really needs. We’re digital transformation experts,

facilitate efficient digitisation of assets through high-speed, duplex scanning, versatile data transfer options. This means that when you scan a document you can send the file directly from the printer to an email, SMB, FTP and SFTP. Another very interesting feature is that you can scan data and covert it to PDF with searchable OCR enabled.
Are there plans to expand the Apeos series? We are a dynamic company, always innovating and adapting to market needs. We don’t have any specific range expansion news we can share at this time – but R&D into new products and product enhancements is always ongoing.
