Synaxon Synaxon has appointed Anthony Hampson as account executive. He brings a wealth of experience to the company, having previously spent seven years

PPDS PPDS has promoted of experienced AV engineer, Jan Van Tieghem, as its new director of technical sales support. Based in Ghent, with an EMEA remit, Van


Tieghem is one of the most qualified and skilled professionals in his field, with an AV career spanning more than 20 years, 15 of which have been devoted exclusively to supporting the evolution, development, and success of Philips Professional Displays on a global scale. Van Tieghem will lead support teams across all PPDS product


ranges located in the company’s innovation centre in Ghent, Belgium, and throughout all regions in EMEA, including the UK and Ireland. His key responsibilities will include supporting B2B sales


activities, working with new and existing partners for final validation of new soſtware releases on all product platforms, ensuring EMEA market compliance, and assisting customers in delivering hands-on, live, and video training for seamless and successful installation and project outcomes.


Pax8 Pax8 has named Scott Chasin as its chief executive. Chasin, who has served as Pax8’s chief technology officer (CTO) since 2021, will now lead the


company, overseeing day-to-day operations and driving the strategic vision for Pax8’s innovative marketplace technology. He succeeds John Street, the company’s founder, who will continue as chairman of the board of directors, providing oversight and focusing on strategic activities. As CTO of Pax8, Chasin grew a dynamic team of engineers


and product developers, led research and development initiatives and developed a revolutionary technology roadmap. Last year, Chasin unveiled the future of Pax8’s Marketplace, designed to enable partners and vendors with data-driven insights and capabilities to accelerate their growth. Chasin, a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of leadership


experience, has founded and led multiple successful technology startups, including USA.NET, MX Logic, and ProtectWise. As an early pioneer of cloud-based technologies, he has dedicated much of his professional efforts to developing cutting-edge solutions that address evolving market demands. Beyond his executive leadership experience, Chasin has also served on the boards of various organisations, providing strategic oversight and guidance to help new entrants navigate the dynamic technology landscape.

Epson Epson UK has appointed Nick Taylor as the new head of sales for its office printing division, where he will lead the firm’s mission for converting businesses from


laser to heat-free inkjet printing across the UK and Ireland. With 13 years’ prior experience at different print vendors and


resellers, Taylor joined Epson in February 2020 to lead the partner channel within its Office Print sales team. In this role Taylor has been Epson’s chief liaison to the firm’s network of specialist MPS partners, with whom Epson sells heat-free inkjet printing MFPs indirectly across the UK and Ireland. In his new role as head of sales for office printing, Taylor will


oversee the entire marketing and sales of Epson’s business inkjet portfolio in the UK and Ireland. Epson UK’s former head of sales for office printing, Richard


Wells, has become the head of market development for home and office printing at Epson Europe, where he will support the development of inkjet printing internationally.


Lenovo Lenovo has appointed Adrian Criddle as general manager for the United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI) region. Criddle joins Lenovo following 24 years at Intel,


and brings with him experience leading sales, marketing and operations in global, regional and country roles, with a customer- first mentality. His most recent role at Intel was as vice president of EMEA marketing and UK general manager.


Node4 Managed Service Provider Node4 has formed a new leadership structure under which Hannah Birch will assume the role of group managing director. Te move follows the successful integration of several businesses acquired by Node4 over the past three years. Node4 founder, Andrew Gilbert, continues in his role as CEO and Paul Bryce becomes the company’s chief experience officer (CXO). Birch joined Node4 in January 2023 to lead the company’s


digital business and integrate recent acquisitions, including risual, TreeTwoFour, TNP and Tisski. Birch brings over two decades of technology leadership experience, including over 10 years as a managing director with Accenture. Paul Bryce will lead Node4’s customer satisfaction and service


excellence strategy. Also joining the company’s senior leadership team are Mark


Skelton and Mairead O’Connor, who will be working closely to expand Node4’s Digital Services business, both bringing extensive knowledge and experience from the business and technology sectors. Skelton will be leading the digital services business as Node4’s new chief technology and strategy director, while O’Connor assumes the role of practice operations director, reporting to Skelton. Jim Casey becomes head of the CXM Practice with over


25 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise turnkey solutions with leading Systems Integrators, including PricewaterhouseCoopers consulting, IBM and NTT DATA.
